This is our primary focus when it comes to impact. We are excited to report that in virtually  every site across all the sectors we have worked in, we have reliable evidence to show the material improvements made in working conditions.

 

Trends we find in data is that later call cycles have higher response rates. This means that workers build trust in our system and respond more eagerly once they have seen that calls are anonymous.

We also find that in later call cycles, tend to respond with more negative answers. This suggests that workers were fearful about sharing their honest opinions in previous call cycles but as their trust builds in our system, so does their candour as well.

 

In our business, workers vote with their phones – response rates when they build, show us that workers believe what we are doing is worthwhile. Worker participation is  an impact in itself as well as increases in response rates, providing us with a metric which speaks for itself.
