Throughout his career in the sustainability SaaS space, he has focused on a singular challenge: how to turn complex ESG data into a powerful engine for both corporate growth and human rights progress.

Before joining &Wider, Andrés built a career at the intersection of sales and sustainability, where he learned that "growth" is more than just a metric—it is the means by which transparency reaches the furthest corners of a supply chain. He understands that a successful partnership is the bridge between a boardroom’s goals and a worker’s reality. As Business Growth Director, Andrés leverages his experience in technology and sales to expand &Wider’s reach, ensuring that primary worker data becomes the gold standard for global trade.

A dual citizen of Colombia and Canada, Andrés brings a cross-cultural perspective to every conversation. He recognizes that while supply chains are global, their impact is always local and personal. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing a strategic deal evolve into a catalyst for systemic change, proving that profit and purpose are not just compatible, but interdependent.

Andrés finds his balance watching documentaries and foreign films, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Luna.
