Kerry joined &Wider in 2024 and has since played an important role in supporting the organisation’s growth and client engagement. As her role evolved, she transitioned into the position of Business Growth Manager, where she focuses on business development , supporting client relationships, and helping organisations better understand and address human rights and workplace risks within their operations and supply chains.

Kerry is driven by a strong sense of justice and deeply believes in advocating for fairness and equality. This commitment aligns closely with &Wider’s mission to improve working conditions and amplify worker voices globally. She is passionate about contributing to meaningful change by helping organisations take practical steps toward more responsible and ethical practices.

Based in Cape Town, Kerry balances her professional life with family and a love of travel and the outdoors. She enjoys exploring the mountains surrounding the city and spending time in nature whenever possible.
